Nothing can sear meats like the 600˚ seasoned carbon steel surface of the Twok Grill ™
This recipe was part of a series of food and beer pairings I created last summer for a local magazine. I really enjoyed creating these recipes, plus we had a lot of fun cooking for the writer and photographer. As an added bonus all the beer was donated, we made sure we didn’t waste a drop. lol.
Over the next couple of weeks I plan to add each of those dishes to this blog. Im still figuring out this new world of blogging, so I figure I’ll start with something I had worked on before, the pics were professional taken and edited so it saves me a few steps while I stumble though this.
